Question by : My husband won’t tell me who his drug dealer is…?
I recently found out that my husband has been smoking Crystal Meth. This came as a complete shock due to the fact that about 4 years ago I found out he was smoking it and he swore on his mothers grave that he would never do this to us again. Recently we have been saved and started going to church. Now this. He says he just “slipped up” and told me he had only done it for 1 day etc etc. I don’t know what to believe. I have had a lot of problems with his lying in the past and it has ripped my heart out. Now, I’ve asked him who he bought it from. I only want to know this information so that I will know who I DONT want coming around. He is flat out REFUSING to tell me. I don’t know if this is because he wants to be able to do it again or if it is because he is thinking I am being unreasonable or if it is because he is afraid I will turn them in or if he is afriad he will lose a friend. In any case I gave him an ultimatum that I would file for divorce if he didn’t tell me because I just can’t stop thinking about who it could be. He basically waved bye to me. He “says” he doesn’t want me to leave, but will NOT tell me who it is from.
What should I do?? I feel like I’m just letting him get away with it if I just give up on what should be right. He should be honest with me in order for me to be able to trust him again.
I want to stay together with him, but he says “youre the one who wants to leave because you are the one threatening divorce”. I feel like I can’t just shrug it off. Ugggg. Help!
