Question by michael j: How do you stop using crystal meth and never go back?
I’ve been using crystal meth for about eight years and im having a hard time stopping.I’ve been thru 8 rehabs and i almost feal like giving up trying to stop using.So if any ones been thru this or has any ideas let me know.

sounds like your not quite sick and tired enuff of being sick and tired, i know it’s a trite saying, but it’s true. until your quiting for YOURSELF and no one and nothing else, i don’t believe it’ll take. i hit bottom in 1984, been clean and sober since. all i can really say is i hope your not one of the ones that dies showing the rest of us the way, good luck to you buddy
