Question by : Is there a Crime with no Victim?
Can a crime really be a crime if there is no victim? Who exactly is the victim in the smoking of cannabis for instance? The smoker! If so is that not his/her own right much like suicide? Why are suicidal people not treated the same those smoking a spliff?

dude you and me are on the same wavelength, once i read this question i thought the exact same thing! marijuana smokers are misunderstood, and they are victims. Marijuana does not kill brain cells, it does not cause cancer, it was actually shown to stop a cancer cell from growing!
