ALTOONA, Fla. — On Tuesday, Lake County sheriff’s deputies responded to an address in an attempt to serve an arrest warrant. But, upon their arrival, deputies discovered suspects James Herdon and Crystal Neely attempting to destroy evidence of a possible meth lab by dumping liquids down the sink.
